ANÁLISIS DE DERECHO COMPARADO Y DE LOS DIFERENTES CONTEXTOS: LA NECESIDAD DE INSTRUMENTOS JURÍDICOS A NIVEL INTERNACIONAL RELATIVOS A LA MATERNIDAD SUBROGADA.
En este trabajo se abordan diversos contextos (bioético, social y político). Por otra parte, se analizan comparativamente algunos ordenamientos jurídicos extranjeros y supuestos hipotéticos de regulación, como la propuesta del grupo parlamentario Ciudadanos, de una forma crítica -por sus múltiples inconvenientes-. Por último, se evidencia la necesidad de instrumentos jurídicos a nivel internacional.
This paper addresses various contexts (bioethical, social and political). On the other hand, some foreign legal systems and hypothetical regulatory assumptions are comparatively analyzed, such as the proposal of the Ciudadanos parliamentary group, in a critical way -due to its many drawbacks-. Finally, the need for legal instruments at the international level is evident.
